About Teresa Greenleaf
My passion for people and my love for serving others has become a way of life for me. I am committed to providing real estate solutions to all categories of buyers, sellers and investors.Focusing on creating lifelong business relationships with my clients, I offer personalized services where I listen to my clients to understand their needs and walk with them every step of the process to ensure that they get the best possible outcome.
As a seasoned Realtor, I understand how to market a property, find a suitable buyer and quickly seal a profitable real estate deal. In addition, I know how to turn a seemingly daunting transaction into a smooth and enjoyable process that saves time and money for both buyers and sellers.
I have a rich background that shaped me into the empathic, supportive and friendly person I am today. I have a degree in teaching and a master's degree in counseling. I have also worked as a bookkeeper. These roles have cultivated in me excellent communication, superior negotiation, attention to detail and good people skills, which I believe are instrumental in helping my clients to successfully navigate real estate deals.
Apart from helping people in the real estate industry, I volunteer at the Junior League of Collin County, the Frisco Women's League and the Women's Auxiliary of Dallas. My hobbies include exercising 3-4 days a week, live concerts and farmers' markets.
